Registration notes: Designed for the McPeeks - a forgotten clan of small stature (less than 90cm) - characters in an adult Scottish fairy tale ceated by Jack Sullivan. Colours: scarlet for the red wine drunk by the McPeeks; black for the resulting black eyes; sky-blue for the skies above them when they awake and gold for the whisky they particularly enjoy.
Woven Sample: A woven sample of this tartan has been received by the Scottish Register of Tartans for permanent preservation in the National Records of Scotland.
