Registration notes: The Myres Castle Tartan is based on the sett of the Duke of Fife, as Fife is where Myres Castle is situated. The colours have been selected to reflect the castle and all it represents. The Green, Purple and Gold shades reflect the Castle and it's surrounding 44 acres of grounds as they change season by season.
Woven Sample: A woven sample of this tartan has been received by the Scottish Register of Tartans for permanent preservation in the National Records of Scotland.
