Registration notes:	The starting point for the design was the Aberdeen District Tartan as this is where Centrica Energy made their first connection with Scotland when they opened an office in the city. Inspiration was also taken from the Gleneagles Hotel tartan, as this is where the tartan was seen for the first time at their event in April 2010. The grid like pattern that can be found in the Gleneagles tartan has been echoed in the Centrica Energy tartan. The colours within the design have all been taken from Centrica Energy corporate colours, which due to their fresh and vibrant nature have helped to create a contemporary look.

Woven Sample:	A woven sample of this tartan has been received by the Scottish Register of Tartans for permanent preservation in the National Records of Scotland.
