Registration notes: The Asheville Firefighters Tartan was designed to be worn by the Asheville Firefighters Pipes and Drums, which was formed in 2010 to honour fallen comrades, and to instill pride and ownership in the Asheville Fire Department. The colours were selected to match the colours of the Asheville Fire Department badge.
