This design was registered with the UK IPO on 16 August 2017, registration number: 6017029.
Registration notes: The RAF 100 tartan celebrates all past, present and future personnel and achievements attached to the Royal Air Force since its formation in 1918. The design encompasses significant colours associated with the Royal Air Force: burgundy, dark blue, light blue, white, grey, and black. Burgundy, dark blue and light blue represent the colours of the RAF Stable Belt; grey represents the incredible RAF aircraft; white symbolises the impressive jet trails expelled from their mighty engines across the skies; black is for the continual respect for all fallen RAF comrades. RAF 100 is about celebrating the proud history of the RAF since 1918, and it is also about reaching out to a new generation, to inspire the next one hundred years of innovation.
