Registration notes: Designed to celebrate the wedding of Paul Repper and Hannah Lees on 8th October 2016 and as a family tartan. Colours: white signifies the wedding ceremony, wedding bands, and the vows they made to each other; silver is for Paul’s home town of Aberdeen, the Silver City; green is for the rolling hills which surround it; blue is for the rugged North Sea coast on which Aberdeen sits. The two thin blue overchecks represent the rivers of Dee and Thames, linking Paul’s home town to his present home of Oxford where he and Hannah now live.
