Use of this tartan to produce various items, garments, clothing, all manner of products etc, for retail and is restricted to Tartan Manor Ltd. No other person or company will have that right. Weaving is restricted to those approved by Tartan Manor Ltd. This design was registered with the UK IPO on 31 May 2020, registration number: 6091023.
Registration notes:	The Welsh Guards Tartan celebrates all past and present personnel and achievements attached to the Welsh Guards since its formation. The Welsh Guards were formed in 1915 by order of King George V and are Wales’s Senior Infantry Regiment. The Welsh Guards serve the UK as fighting soldiers and also take immense pride in their ceremonial role as the guardians of the royal palaces. They have distinguished themselves both on and off the battlefield, and have taken part in almost every British Army campaign since World War I. The Welsh Guards Tartan features the principal colours of the Welsh Guards being; dark blue and crimson, recognisable in areas such as their Tactical Recognition Flash and Stable Belt. White and green denotes the plume worn on the right side of the bearskin, whilst carrying out duties as one of the five foot guards regiments of the Household Division. Black is for continual respect for all fallen Welsh Guards comrades.
