Registration notes: The name was inspired by Kyoto, Japan, where the family of the Emperor and the Government used to live until the beginning of Meiji Era (1868). Kyoto is the old capital and for Japanese people it represents the memory of the old authority of the Emperor. The colours were inspired by the kimono worn by Makoto-Sama, the wife of the Emperor Naruhito-Sama, during the coronation ceremony held in Tokyo on 22 October 2019.
