Restrictions:	Yes. Designed and owned by Margi Lawson, Tartan Manor. Use of this tartan to produce various items, garments, clothing, all manner of products etc, for retail and is restricted to Tartan Manor Ltd. No other person or company will have that right. Weaving is restricted to those approved by Tartan Manor Ltd. This design was registered with the UK IPO on 7 July 2021, registration number: 6147390.
Registration notes:	The Educational and Training Services (ETS) Tartan celebrates all personnel & achievements attached to the ETS since its formation. The history of the ETS dates back to the Corps of Army Schoolmasters, 1845. After WWI a Royal Warrant was issued & it became the Army Educational Corps. The Army Educational Corps served throughout WWII, receiving a Royal title in 1946, becoming the Royal Army Educational Corps, until the formation of the AGC (ETS), 1992. This tartan features the principal colours of the ETS; dark blue & light blue. Red & Yellow are intended to represent the flame of the Promethean Torch of the ETS Crest. Black has been included in continual respect for all fallen ETS comrades.
