The information held within The Scottish Register of Tartans for the "Wilton, Craig (Personal)" tartan is shown below.

Reference: 13152

Tartan date: 07/04/2021
Registration date: 6 May 2021
Category: Name
Restrictions: Yes. Intended to be worn by those authorised by Craig W Wilton.

Registration notes: Based on an early Fraser tartan, the white on blue focal point primarily represents the flag of the Métis nation. The blue and white also feature in the cross of St. Andrew —Scotland’s patron saint which, in turn, highlights the Fife town of St. Andrews where Craig William Wilton was born in 1961. That blue and white focal point comprises 60 threads to celebrate his 2021 birthday. The green, brown and beige come from the buffalo shield that forms part of the Manitoban flag —Craig’s home-province and that of his maternal family, the DeLarondes.
