Registration notes: A tartan for Marcus ter Haar and his family. The colours are intended to represent the family’s heritage: the blue is taken from the flag and vast skies of their home in Botswana; browns of the wide open veld there and in their holdings in Northern South Africa; green of the Limpopo River that brings life to the land and borders both countries; red and white are taken from the crest associated with the family and black represents Africa.
