Registration notes: Designed by Marten René Baumgartner. The design contains the two major colours of his Scottish Arms granted by the Lord Lyon, being: red for Gules and white for Argent. Black is for Barrowfield, Lanarkshire, orange for the Dutch Kingdom, brown for Scotland in autumn and blue for the sea that unites both of them.
