Registration notes:	The Katharine Robinson Highland School of Dancing has operated in Ottowa, Canada, for over 50 years. This tartan was created in commemoration of that milestone. The school, and Katharine herself, have always loved blue and red as the school colours and the tartan reflects that. The colours are also intended to represent the two countries, Canada and Scotland. The black and double row of white are intended to show the joy and pride found in dancing, triumphing over all obstacles.
