Registration notes:	This tartan commemorates the 100th Anniversary of The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair which is dedicated to showcasing excellence in Canadian agriculture, local food, and equine sport. Since its inception in November 1922, The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair has become the world’s largest combined indoor agricultural and international equestrian event. The central focus of this 7-colour design is 100 threads of royal blue representing ‘A Century of Champions’. The 22 threads of dark blue represent The Fair’s centennial span (1922 – 2022). Light grey, representing platinum, pays tribute to The Fair’s longstanding connection to the Royal Family and the centennial coinciding with Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee. The red ribbon is for The Fair’s commitment to “Best in Class”, balanced by yellow ornaments, representing gold, to signify the excitement for the next 100 years to come.
