Registration notes: The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation was established in 2010 following the death of Lauren at the age of 15. Lauren died from a rare autoimmune condition called vasculitis. Vasculitis means inflammation of the blood vessels, causing swelling of the blood vessels and arteries, blocking the flow of blood to major organs and tissues. Early diagnosis and treatment are essential to prevent permanent damage or death.
