Registration notes: This tartan was designed to recognise the family bond and proud heritage to Scotland for the Russell family. The Court of The Lord Lyon granted Letters Patent concerning a “Russell” Coat of Arms in respect of a petition from a representative of Russell families in Australia. The golden thread is intended to represent Australia.
