Registration notes: Created in memory of William Stewart Barrett by his grandson for use by the family. Colours: blue is intended to represent the family’s Scottish ancestors; green for their Irish heritage; red is for England and the City of London and purple is intended to represent the lavender fields found in Battersea. The nine squares are for each of William's nine children.
