Registration notes:	The Punishers Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club (PLEMC) is a brotherhood of law enforcement officers, court officers, correctional officers, and other justice system professionals, emergency medical services (EMS), firefighters, military, and like minded individuals. The tartan was designed in honour of the 31st Chapter. The 31st Chapter is the Punishers LE MC’s in-memoriam chapter for their Fallen Brothers. It exists to meet the needs of families who have lost a full patched member or Prospect in good standing. Their worldwide motto is ‘In Service to Others’.
