Registration notes: The tartan incorporates the colours in the armorial bearings of Edward Ploysongsang recorded at the College of Arms in London, plus the addition of green, which is the favourite colour of his wife. The design’s colours also reflect the flags for the US, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, The Philippines, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Bangladesh and India, all countries for which he and his family have ancestral connections.
