Restrictions:	Yes. Corporate tartan for New York State Troopers.
Registration notes:	Ann Stewart of Ann Stewart Kiltmakers, Leeds, New York, helped CW4/TPR Thomas J Morley Jr DFC, NYSP Ret, a New York State Trooper, finalise this design in 1997 and ordered 32 yards of kilt material. The design is an amended version of the New York State Police Pipe Band tartan (STR#3122). The design was subsequently adopted by the New York State Troopers and is woven by Lochcarron of Scotland.
