Registration notes: In the 1980s, Michael J. Gunn asked D.C. Dalgleish Ltd to make a variation of the Clan Gunn Ancient Tartan in which the blue was replaced by white. The idea was that his wife, Jane, and daughter Victoria, would wear this as a 'ladies dress' tartan. At the time they were living at were living at Kirkhill House in Wick, Caithness, hence the name.
