Registration notes: A family tartan for the Schusters, a Bavarian family. It will be worn by Benedikt Schuster, the designer's son, who will be at school in Scotland. Colours: green, blue and umber brown which are as close as possible to the Schuster corporate CI. These colours represent nature, mountains, lochs and the sky. White next to blue represents the Saltire and Bavarian flag.
Woven Sample: A woven sample of this tartan has been received by the Scottish Register of Tartans for permanent preservation in the National Records of Scotland.
