Registration notes: Designed for the Bloomer family which originates with James Alexander, who took the surname of his mother Abigail Bloomer in the 18th century. The numbers in the threadcount are represent the designer's Jewish heritage. The magenta/purple represents healing and the purple heather of Scotland; the red and the white represent passion (red) and mercy and purity (white); the American Rust (dark red) represents Australia whence the Bloomer family moved in 1865.
