Registration notes: Designed by Patrice L MacLeod and adopted as the official Festival Celtique de Québec Tartan to celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2015. It is intended for anyone who has Celtic ancestry. The tartan is inspired by the Québec City Coat of Arms and the colours include blue and white for the flags of Scotland and Québec; green, white and orange for the Irish flag; and four black lines for the flag of Brittany.
Woven Sample: A woven sample of this tartan has been received by the Scottish Register of Tartans for permanent preservation in the National Records of Scotland.
