Registration notes: This tartan features the central motif from the Royal Stewart tartan, the kilt in which Anil was married, also a popular military tartan in India with which the Gill and Jat clans were very familiar. The two pink lines are for Anil and Nalini’s daughters, Rianna and Lina Jade, and the predominant colours include the traditional Sikh blue and the family colour purple . The blue band is 60 threads and the purple 64, the birth years of Anil and Nalini.
