Registration notes: The Héritage Eduen tartan pays homage to the Celtic people who lived in Burgundy, France. The colours were chosen for their strong symbolic connection with the Burgundy culture. The tartan has been designed for inhabitants of the region bringing together Saône and Loire, Côte d'or, Yonne and Nièvre.
Woven Sample: A woven sample of this tartan has been received by the Scottish Register of Tartans for permanent preservation in the National Records of Scotland.
