Registration notes: A tartan inspired by Peggy's Cove, a small fishing community located on the Eastern shore of St. Margaret’s Bay in Nova Scotia. The three shades of blue represent the ever changing colours of the Atlantic Ocean. The tan colours represent the rock formations of this unique landscape carved by the migration of glaciers and the ocean tides. The white and red lines running through the tartan represents Peggy’s Point Lighthouse built in 1914 and is one of Nova Scotia’s most iconic tourist attractions.
