Registration notes: This tartan has been named after His Royal Highness Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg (1921-2019) who served as colonel of the Regiment of the Irish Guards. He was made an Honorary General of the British Army in 1995. The blue, white and red represent the three colours of the Flag of Luxembourg.
Woven Sample: A woven sample of this tartan has been received by the Scottish Register of Tartans for permanent preservation in the National Records of Scotland.
