Registration notes: A tartan inspired by the landscape. The design uses two shades of green as the ground and weaves in shades of white and black intended to represent the snow-capped hills and the shadows cast through the glens. Red is intended to represent the endangered Sticky Catchfly plant whose pink clusters of flowers are flourish on the crags of the Ochils. Yellow has been included to represent the gorse bush, much loved by the bumble bee.
