Registration notes: A tartan for family of Mark Hammons, son of Daphne Irene (Scott) Hammons who was the daughter of Maggie Graham and Buford Scott. The southern magnolia is the most prominent tree on the Hammons' land, the colours - green, brown and off-white - were chosen to represent this tree and its blooms. The blue highlight is intended to represent blue eyes which are common amoungst the Hammons family. The pattern is inspired by the Scott and Graham tartans and the asymmetrical sett is intended to represent the family’s Scottish heritage.
