Registration notes: A personal family tartan designed to mark Professor Hilal Al-Sayer’s history with Scotland – a country that he called home, gave service to, and loved for over 40 years. The olive green is intended to represent his heritage in the Middle East and the heather purple is intended to reflect his love of Scotland.
