Colours: yellow is intended to represent the burning sun, forest fires and rising temperatures; the five blue and four brown stripes are intended to represent swirling streams of water, gale-force winds and storms; green, brown and black is for trees and crops, types of soil and ’temperaments’ which, on the one hand, ravaged by drought, fires and precipitation, change colour, but on the other hand, thanks to the power of nature, are also able to recover.
