Registration notes: A tartan for the Literary Historical Society of Quebec (LHSQ) to celebrate their 200th anniversary in 2024 and their contribution to preserving Scottish heritage & culture in Canada. The colours are intended to represent the history of LHSQ: black is for the fires and ash that the LHSQ survived through; red is for their links with English heritage; blue is for their contribution to Quebec; white is for peace and for bridging gaps between cultures and different groups of people and green for is to celebrate the founding of the National Geological Survey & the National Historic Sites of Canada and for preserving parks and battlefields across Canada.
